Travel back xperience

Very good service for the AA Airline but the only thing is that in one occasion on my way back from Miami to Montego Bay the plain got delayed due to issues unrelated to costumers which in my view it is unacceptable. Service it supposed to be accurate based up on commitments to serve properly the passengers. Hope in the future they adjust this issue.

Going to the Grand Canyon

I found the trip difficult. Not enough time to get off plane and board next one. The flights changed so fast and often, it was like a relay race. Very challenging. I spent one night in the airport both coming and going.

Missed connecting flight

Our connecting flight seemed like 3 miles, once getting to the gate, it had closed 10 minutes prior to getting there. It caused a 2 hour delay & luggage left on the first flight.

Best Airline

It was my first time to travel American Airlines. It was the best experience ever.

RATING BASED ON EXPERIENCE

THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED FOR APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS FROM GRENADA MAKING THE ENTIRE TRIP A NIGHT MARE. THEN THE FLIGHTS WERE CHANGED BECAUSE OF THE DELAY TO TAKE ME INTO MONTREAL.

Ord to charlotte was delayed 5 or 6 times so I cancelled because I already missed my flight out of Charlotte. I would of had to stay overnight and missed a Doctors appointment on the 23rd

Worst flight experience of my life.

Plane issues missed connecting flight. 0 understanding or compassion. Told to take it or leave it. ( Flight the next day.) Planes extremely uncomfortable. My 8 hours arranged flight ended up being just shy of 22 hrs.

Pleasing flight

Flight to Minneapolis was late by two hours! We were notified late! Experience was good!

The worst they canceled my flight. It didn’t provide hotel or no one cares about the customer They told me standby and I lost money. I have to buy new tickets from Southwest airline to get home again.I it is bad service even if you have Computer glitch a I understand but you have to care about your custom
