Bad experience
Not good : both flight 1 hour late . No explanations. My suitcase staid in Sofia instead of going to destination: Palma . I had to wait 3 days to have it !

Very nice service
Though it's a small plane, it's not uncomfortable, the service is very good, they offer food and drinks included in the price. We had a bottle of water on our seats as a treat. The staff is very kind and professional.

Good service and on time. Needs to invest in an on line tool and app for managing ticket purchase and check in.

Once again, one hour delay- didn’t expect from the national airlines to act like a wiz air

Impossible to add luggage over phone / email before the flight. Very difficult to add luggage once at the airport. No counter for payment, had to go to Travelex
