easy travel
The trip to and from New York was a wonderful experience. However, traveling from Spain, operated by El Al, was terrible, though the crew was really nice and very helpful. IB was great, with a lot of food and a very nice crew.

Annoyed customer
Going out to LA with Iberia was great. Lovely servers and nice meal. Coming back I had no idea I was flying with level airlines! It said Iberia on my paperwork. So from LA to Barcelona with no food or drink! Disgusting. Had I been made aware that I would get nothing on board unless preordered I could have ordered in advance… only this was that my paperwork told me to check in at the airport and not online! This is so out of order! I had to buy a rock hard sandwich that was old and practically inedible. When I complained and said my paperwork had said meals the cabin crew were unhelpful. I paid for coffee which nobody bothered to bring to me until I complained again. That’s not good!

It wasn't an Iberian Airline but a company called Level.
They don't have a designated terminal so we had to wait on the tarmac for an hour after landing in NY

Good flight
Although we were delayed by an hour leaving Charlotte the flight was one of the best I have had to return from the USA apart from the meals which I could not eat any of it.
